EUSEW 2024 - website and AV support to build a brighter future!
Cecoforma entrusted us with supporting the website update and overseeing the technical setup for the European Sustainable Energy Week in June 2024—the largest European event dedicated to sustainable energy.
The event’s format is unique: the European Commission invites organizations specializing in sustainable energy to develop session content. Through a call for proposals, the organizers select session leaders who are responsible for shaping the sessions. Each submission must include a detailed agenda and a content proposal aligned with the event’s objectives.
This specific approach to content management significantly impacts the project’s overall organization, particularly the website structure and audiovisual (AV) setup.
The website features a series of submission forms that we developed to streamline the selection process and manage content efficiently. A decentralised CMS allows session managers to independently handle their session pages, including summaries, speaker presentations and agendas.
The event’s format also affects the AV setup, which must be versatile and adaptable to meet the varying needs of different session organizers. Due to the packed agenda, the event is hosted across multiple facilities within the European Commission’s premises. The AV setup is harmonized across all rooms and venues to ensure seamless transitions between sessions.
We are particularly proud to have supported our sister company, Cecoforma, in organizing this large-scale event that fosters energy innovation and promotes a shift in mindsets and habits.
