Policy

The European Neighborhood Policy governs the European Union’s relations with 16 of its closest Eastern and Southern neighbors.

Launched in 2009, it aims to strengthen and deepen the political and economic relations between the EU, its Member States, and 6 Eastern European and South Caucasus partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Thanks to cecoforma, the EaP will forever be recalled as WOOGIE's first digital opportunity and we’ll always make all necessary efforts to keep them satisfied.

Indeed, the EaP administration was the first one to jump aboard the digital train in 2020.

Since then we have supported cecoforma in delivering more than 100 digital events.

Not bad eh?

These events go from small, very interactive meetings to large-scale streaming events.

In spring 2020, we worked hand in hand with cecoforma to offer the EaP administration 100% digital solutions. We conceptualized and developed day and night for 2 months straight, with test learns, demos, and practice runs. We were operational with a 100% homemade streaming tool for the first large-scale event on 25 May 2020.

Sounds like a decade ago, especially considering that none of the big players on the streaming/conferencing system (zoom, Webex, Hopin, Swapcards) was mature and reliable enough at that time.

Since then, we adapted to hybrid when EaP partner countries started to meet in person again.

And today we continue serving them on a weekly basis.

Quite a success story, wouldn’t you say?
