Participate & get a chance to win a brand makeover journey for your non-profit organisation.

WOOGIE studio is hosting a contest and will provide a non-profit organization with a brand identity for their project. The organisation must be an ASBL that shares our values.

Subsequently, we will engage in a discussion with your team regarding the brand requirements and the necessary assets to be developed based on the relevant topics and communication strategy plan.

Eligibility

To participate, the non-profit organisation (ASBL/VZW) must meet the following criteria:

  • Be registered as an ASBL/VZW
  • Be Brussels based
  • Have existing communication channels such as social media pages, leaflet, presentation slide deck etc.
  • Not have initiated any process with a third party (at the time of the contest) regarding the development of their graphic identity.

We aim to start with a clean slate to facilitate the dialogue between the studio and the ASBL and achieve a unique and tailor-made result.

Participation

To participate, the ASBL/VZW must:

Fill-in the form providing the following information: name of the ASBL/VZW, company ID number, description of activities and the project, links to different communication channels (if available), a cover letter explaining why the ASBL/VZW wishes to benefit from our services and a brief explanation on how you align with our vision: Adapt-Shape&Shake?

Selection of Winners

The studio will select an ASBL/VZW that meets the contests' participation criteria. A jury consisting of both internal and external people will select the winning ASBL/VZW. The winner will be announced in March 2025 through Woogie's social media channels.

Prize

The contest winner will receive a graphic identity provided by the studio, including the creation of a logo, a brand book and the design of digital and/or print communication assets (a Social Media starter pack with 6 posts and a favicon), as well as Microsoft suite templates.

General Conditions

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The participation will be accepted from the 7th of February until the 28th of February.
  • The graphic identity developed as part of the contest will be featured in an article on the website woogie.studio and will be promoted through one or more communications on Woogie Studio's social media channels (including Meta and LinkedIn).
  • The contest winner will be required to acknowledge that the identity has been developed by WOOGIE
  • The creative studio reserves the right to modify the terms of the contest or cancel it at any time.
  • By participating in this contest, you accept the terms and conditions described above.
