We finalized the branding of Nooow, a video production studio based in Brussels… and that looks greaaat!

A rebranding is never an easy thing. A name is something you get affection for and when you wore it for several years, the name becomes part of you. So, when this video production studio came to us to find a new name and create a new visual identity, we knew the task would be challenging.

To smoothen the process and give it sense, we decided to dig deep in the heart of the project, to make sure we find a name that aligns the true substance of the company. After hours of brainstorming and discussions we end up with a strong manifesto, that emphasized the role and mission of the video production studio: capture the instants and edit it to make it last longer. In this perspective, we identified the videast as a person able to extend the present moment.

So, we decided to literally do the same by adding several “o” to the word “Now”. It gave us a pretty straightforward and impactful name for a brand: “Nooow”.

We decided to empower the identity of the company by giving it a hand drawn logo. Between a typography and an abstract shape, the logo is enigmatic and memorable.
